CERTIFIED means that at the date of a Certification Audit, the entity was found to be in compliance with all Items of the COPC® Family of Standards. RECERTIFIED status is based on an annual Recertification Audit, and at the time of audit the entity was found to be in full compliance. APPLIED entities have contracts in place with COPC Inc. (or one of COPC Inc.'s Implementation Partners or Licensees), have established an audit date and have formally initiated the Certification Process. Many companies seeking Certification are reluctant to have their names published until Certification is achieved, so the number of APPLIED companies is actually larger than this list.
