Microdyne one of 35 contact centers worldwide to hold this prestigious certification
Torrance, CA and Amherst, NY (April 2002) — Microdyne Outsourcing, a leading provider of third-party technical and customer support solutions to the high technology industry, today announced that it has obtained the COPC-2000® certification. The prestigious certification completes a rigorous audit process that confirms Microdyne's ability to deliver world-class quality services, and places it in the top one-half of one percent of all contact centers around the world.

Microdyne has successfully implemented new client support programs using the COPC standards for more than a year, and is beginning the process to certify its other contact center locations.
