Amherst, NY - Customer Operations Performance Center, Inc. (COPC) announces that Konica Minolta Printing Solutions Europe B.V. (Konica Minolta) has engaged COPC International Inc. to conduct a benchmark review of its 75 seat inbound/outbound customer Service Center located at the company's European headquarters in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands.
A recognized leader in the innovative development and manufacture of document printing solutions, Konica Minolta Printing Solutions Europe B.V. distributes its products through a network of e-commerce, resellers, retail and distribution partners.
Konica Minolta has a proven commitment to continually improving its process in order to provide clients with outstanding solutions extending from planning through execution. The COPC assessment, scheduled to begin in early April, 2005, will focus on Konica Minolta's internal operation, including customer care, technical support and service repair, as well as the performance of its outsource partners. In view of its reputation for delivering exceptional results in these areas, Konica Minolta has engaged COPC International Inc. to bring the benefits of implementing COPC best practices to the areas of cost improvements, enhanced service delivery, and increased customer satisfaction.
