Amherst, NY - Customer Operations Performance Center, Inc. (COPC) has been engaged by Canon Hong Kong Company Ltd. (CHK) to perform a Baseline Assessment of its call center operations. The assessment of its inbound/outbound customer contact center, conducted by COPC Asia Pacific, is the preliminary step in CHK's pursuit of certification to the COPC-2000® Standard.
Established in 1971, CHK functions as a base for the strategic planning, marketing, distribution and technical service support of Canon products to Taiwan and Hong Kong. CHK views the operational process improvement essential to certification to the COPC-2000® Standard as important to Canon's commitment to bringing quality service, customer satisfaction, and innovative products to the business and consumer market.
