Convergys Corporation Improving Customer Satisfaction through Certification to the COPC-2000® CSP Standard

Williamsville, NY – Customer Operations Performance Center Inc. (COPC Inc.) announces that Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in providing customer care, human resources, and billing services, has begun the process of contact center certification to the COPC-2000® CSP Standard at three international locations.
