Sales and Marketing Data Analyst

This Sales and Marketing Data Analyst role is a full-time, remote position in the Philippines. This individual will contribute to North American sales and marketing efforts by creating analytics reports to improve team performance and improving the HubSpot user experience for our internal team. The Sales and Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for finding actionable insights from the data we collect and be a key enabler of our sales and marketing functions by transforming data into valuable business insights that deliver maximum impact to our teams.

Your Mission:

  • Empower our internal sales and marketing teams with HubSpot best practices
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide easier visualization for the team and management
  • Increase internal user engagement with our sales and analytics tools
  • Empower the North American team with solid metrics and ensure data is flowing correctly between our systems for maximum operational efficiency
  • Learn, optimize, and analyze data from other operations and marketing tools
  • Produce periodic and ad hoc reports
  • Document and update internal procedures and assist with special projects
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicator dashboards for the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Identify and monitor clear trends in the data related to lead/deal life cycle and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Implement new technologies to support the teams
  • Provide accurate and real-time data to help monitor the performance of the business
  • Provide general analytical support on ad-hoc projects
  • Act as primary point of contact for HubSpot administrative requests, e.g., setting up new users, answering questions, creating reports / accessing data
  • Determine and implement HubSpot capabilities that support sales and marketing goals
  • Assist in the consistent deployment of HubSpot / sales processes globally
  • Oversee data integrity of HubSpot

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (business analyst, sales operations analyst, etc.) using HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot including objects, fields, API’s, process builder, custom reporting, and dashboard creation
  • HubSpot certifications achieved:
    • Sales Enablement
    • HubSpot Reporting
    • Digital Marketing
    • Inbound Marketing
    • HubSpot Marketing Software
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience working with unstructured data and translating it into workable models
  • Demonstrable experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage data and ensure data quality (completeness and accuracy)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives from end-to-end
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational skills, the ability to be flexible and prioritize responsibilities
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude is a must.
