The COPC Standards, Release 5.2 provide a performance management system to improve operations that support the customer experience. We have developed and published these standards since 1996. The 5.2 Release has four versions, for customer experience, vendor management, outsourced service provider, and healthcare service provider.

Note: The most current version of the COPC Standards is Release 6.0. The COPC Standards Release 5.2 and their related guides are still valid for COPC Inc. clients currently seeking certification. All new certifications starting in July 2016 must use Release 6.0 of the COPC CX Standard.
