COPC® Upskill Training Release 8.0 | Frequently Asked Questions

If you have previously attended COPC® Best Practices for CX Operations training, you may already have a profile and can log in below with the same username and password. Otherwise, please create a new profile by clicking New User at the site below.
Your COPC® Upskill Training tuition is USD 499 before April 10. Tuition will increase to USD 599 on April 11.
Tuition should be paid online by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your purchase includes:
- Access to on-demand training
- Two exam attempts to certify your knowledge
- Digital certificate/badge of achievement with successful completion of the exam by August 31, 2026
While our proprietary materials are accessible during your course access, by policy, they are not downloadable.
This digital training is available on demand through the COPC Inc. Training Center and is available 24 x 7.
You should plan to spend three hours completing the training and two exams (if a second exam attempt is needed) by August 31, 2026. We suggest completing the first exam attempt by August 17. This will allow enough time to review the materials again before moving on to the second attempt if you do not score 90% or higher on the first attempt.
Please avoid multitasking during your training and set aside time to review the materials as many times as needed until you are confident to proceed with testing.
The test (and the retest if needed) has a one-hour time limit and includes 25 true/false and multiple-choice questions. You may change your answers and bookmark questions for review at any time before submission, but you cannot change answers after submission.
Learners who do not achieve 90% or higher on the initial exam will receive instructions and a link to complete a retest. The retest follows the same format and requirements as the initial exam.

The exam is open-book. You may refer to the COPC CX Standard Release 8.0 and your training materials at any time during the test. You may also have additional browser tabs or windows open as needed. We recommend a thorough review of the training materials provided before taking the exam.

You will have two exam attempts to achieve a score of 90% or higher to earn the Certified Customer Experience (CX) Performance Leader designation.
Learners who do not achieve 90% or higher on the initial exam will receive instructions and a link to complete a retest.
Your Release 8.0 Upskill Training purchase includes two exam attempts. If you do not pass the first attempt, we recommend thoroughly reviewing the training materials again before attempting the second exam.
Both attempts will expire on August 31, 2026.
