Online Training

The COPC® Contact Center Management Training online course is based on the COPC Customer Experience (CX) Standard. This course is prerecorded and designed modularly to allow students the convenience of learning individually and at their own pace. This training is delivered by COPC Inc. trainers as voice-over presentation.
To participate, you will be directed to the COPC® Training Center when you click Sign up for Class. You will need to have an active account with a user name and password to purchase and view. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to register and create an account.
