Kathleen McNair's Bio
Kathleen McNair, CEO of North America, leads COPC Inc.’s Customer Experience Consulting, Certification and Training Practices. In this role she leads projects that transform Operations, Sourcing and Customer Journeys for her clients and their customers and is responsible for all service delivery and profit and loss in North America. Previously Kathleen was President and Chief Operating Officer at COPC Inc.
Prior to rejoining COPC Inc., Kathleen was SVP, Consumer Operations, at RealPage, a real estate software provider. She was responsible for delivery of the services RealPage provides to prospects and residents of its clients. This included Digital Marketing and Advertising; Content Services, which consist of image, video and copy content developed for RealPage client websites and digital channels; and the profitability and operations of the RealPage Contact Center product family, including management of leads and maintenance and utility inquiries for multifamily and senior clients.
With a focus on operational performance and international experience in managing large-scale global operations, Kathleen has repeated successes in the areas of operations, scaling, assisted and digital customer experience design and implementation. She has a proven track record of building programs to manage sales, customer service, and technical support across multiple channels.
Kathleen is a volunteer puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence and has raised four puppies. Kathleen earned her BA in Mathematics Education at the University of Central Florida. She also has an MBA from The Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Florida.
