Kevin Campbell's Bio
Kevin Campbell is the CEO of COPC Inc. EMEA Region and is responsible for the delivery of business development, consulting, training and certification services within the EMEA region. Kevin has proven expertise in customer experience management and a successful track record of managing remote teams to deliver performance improvement best practices. He has been with COPC Inc. since 2008 and has a demonstrated ability to support and grow clients. Prior to joining COPC Inc., Kevin was the EMEA Performance Improvement Manager for the global outsourcer, Sitel, developing and implementing an internal operations standard (GOS) in 52 Sitel locations based on the COPC CX Standard, Release 3.2. Kevin also spent 7 years with Clientlogic working in various management positions within their outsourcing operations supporting clients such as British Telecom. In addition to his other roles, Kevin has been a COPC Implementation Leader since 2002 and has managed the certification/recertification of client sites in the Netherlands and UK. Kevin holds a BSc in Architectural Technology from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
