Online Training

COPC® Contact Center Management Training is our online course based on the COPC Customer Experience (CX) Standard. This course is prerecorded and designed modularly to allow students the convenience of learning individually at their own pace. This training is delivered by COPC Inc. as voice-over presentation.
 
To participate, you will be directed to the COPC® Training Center when you click Sign up for Class below. You will need to register with a user name and password to purchase. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to register and create an account.
