  • Certified COPC Implementation Leader
    • based on the COPC CX Standard, Rel. 6.0 or
    • COPC® Upskill Training to the CX Standard
  • COPC CSP Registered Coordinator 5.2
    • your status is current through September 30. Consider taking Upskill training
  • COPC VMO Registered Coordinator
    • based on COPC VMO Standard, Rel. 5.0 – 5.2

If you do not hold one of these designations, consider taking one of the following classes:

  • COPC® Upskill Training to the CX Standard--for any COPC CSP Registered Coordinator 5.2
  • COPC® Best Practices for CX Operations –for any call center or customer experience professional
  • COPC® Registered Coordinator Training for VMOs–for any vendor management professional
