A webinar to discuss the survey findings will be hosted by Chad McDaniel, president of Execs In The Know, and joined by Judi Brenstein and Jim Von Seggern of COPC Inc.
Other webinar guests are Hui Wu-Curtis of Choice Hotels and Christian Aune of Marriott, who will share how their brands are better serving their customers. Webinar topics include the multichannel experience, channel use versus channel preference, and consumer purchase habits, for both business and leisure travelers.
