Concentrix Earns COPC Certification for Record Number of Sites

Concentrix, a leading provider of customer engagement services with more than 450 client brands worldwide, recently became the world’s first company to achieve COPC certification across 20 sites.

This accomplishment came with the certification of the company’s Tokyo call center in March 2018. All 20 Concentrix sites have been certified to the COPC Outsourced Service Provider (OSP) Standard, Version 5.2 (now called the COPC Customer Experience [CX] Standard). The other 19 COPC-certified Concentrix sites are in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, India, Nicaragua, Philippines, Portugal, the United States, and other locations in Japan.

Certification by COPC Inc. is validation of an organization’s commitment to delivering the highest level of service to the end user. Certification to the COPC CX Standard is achieved after a site has gone through an extensive audit and assessment of its operational performance.

COPC certification ensures a site is deploying both best practices and a consistent set of processes to deliver optimal performance, maximum efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience.
